1. Delivery Services & Partners

  • At Cel-Elements Holdings (M) Sdn. Bhd., we provide shipping services for all our products to buyers in countries that are available for selection during the checkout process.
  • We partner with reputable courier services including EasyParcel, GDex, Ninja Van, and J&T Express to ensure our buyers receive their products swiftly and safely.
  • We endeavor to prepare and dispatch your orders as quickly as possible; however, please note that orders are exclusively processed and shipped during our regular working days and hours.
  • Our Office Hours are from Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM, excluding Public Holidays.

2. Delivery Timeframes & Liability

  • Estimated Delivery: All delivery terms mentioned on the website (including shipping days, delivery time in working days, and shipment dates) are provided as estimated timeframes and shall not be construed as final or guaranteed delivery terms.
  • Address Accuracy: The buyer bears full responsibility for accurately inputting the delivery address. Cel-Elements Holdings (M) Sdn. Bhd. shall not be held responsible for the partial or complete loss of a shipment if such loss arises from an error or inaccuracy in the delivery address provided by the buyer.
  • Additional Information: Should we require further details regarding a delivery address, we will reach out to the buyer. Please note that a delay in delivery may occur while we await this additional information.
  • Delays & Force Majeure: We will exercise all reasonable efforts to deliver the order to the provided address within the expected timeframes. While we act as a merchant and not a courier company, parcels may occasionally suffer delays beyond our reasonable control. To the fullest extent permitted by Malaysian law, Cel-Elements Holdings (M) Sdn. Bhd. shall not be held liable for any delivery delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Rest assured, we remain on your side and will assist you in resolving such issues to the best of our ability.
  • Delivery Exceptions: If a delivery suffers a delay, or if the delivery can only be implemented partially or not at all, the buyer will be informed as soon as reasonably practicable after the order has been placed. We will do our utmost to resolve the issue amicably.
  • Non-Receipt Notification: In the event that a shipment has not been delivered to the buyer’s address (or selected pickup point) 14 days after the shipment date, the buyer is obligated to inform our customer service team via email within the subsequent 14 days (i.e., no later than 28 days after the shipment date).

After the relevant department reviews and approves your return request, you can move on to ship the products back to the address provided by customer care representative.

3. Shipping Fees & Charges

Shipping rates are calculated based on the total weight of the order and the delivery destination. Please refer to the table below for the respective shipping fees by state:

4. Self Collection

  • Eligibility: In addition to delivery services, we offer a Self Collection option for our Preferred Customers and Resellers, allowing them to collect their products directly from our Office or designated Collection Centre.
  • Collection Location: Currently, eligible purchasers may self-collect their orders at our Office located at: 44, Jalan Puteri 7/7, Bandar Puteri, 47100 Puchong, Selangor.
  • Collection Period: All purchased orders must be collected within thirty (30) days from the date of purchase. If an order is not collected within the stipulated period, we will contact the buyer and take the following actions:
    1. Buyers may request the items be shipped via courier; however, all shipping and handling fees shall be borne by the buyer.
    2. If a delivery arrangement cannot be reached, the order will be cancelled, and a refund will be issued after deducting a 10% administrative fee.
  • Prior Notice Required: Preferred Agents, Beauticians, or Customers intending to self-collect must notify our Customer Care team at least three (3) days prior to their intended collection date.
  • Collection Details:
